Headspace is a wonderful website and app that ” is a gym membership for the mind.” It includes a range of simple mindfulness meditation techniques presented in a user-friendly kind of way.
BeyondBlue is an Australian website specifically for people with depression or anxiety. A really useful resource that offers a range of different supports.
The Black Dog Institute is another useful website for mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder.
The Work outlines “The Work” of Byron Katie which: “is a way of identifying and questioning the thoughts that cause all the anger, fear, depression, addiction, and violence in the world. Experience the happiness of undoing those thoughts through The Work, and allow your mind to return to its true, awakened, peaceful, creative nature.”
Calm – this is another meditation guidance website providing a traditional way of approaching the practice of mindfulness meditation.
Gratefulness This website outlines how you can bring more gratitude into your life, so your focus moves from what you don’t have and don’t like to the abundance and awesomeness of what is in your life right here and right now.
Mindful.Org – everything you could possibly want to know about mindfulness is contained in this website. I have found this an important resource for my own mindfulness journey.
